Are ODG pieces made to order?
Yes. Most ODG pieces are made to order. Because every fabric is hand-cut, no two items are ever exactly the same. Patterns and details may vary slightly from the product photos. That’s part of what makes each one unique.
What is the return policy?
Returns are only accepted for incorrect orders or items that arrive damaged during shipping. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. All other sales are final due to the made-to-order process.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you restock items once they sell out?
